This policy covers the Interior Design Club booking app, which designers connect to their Google Calendar so that clients can book consultations with them. The interiordesignclub.com shop has its own privacy policy for clients.
Interior Design Club, United Kingdom, is the data controller. Write to us at hello@interiordesignclub.com.
When you connect your calendar, Google asks you for one permission: to view and edit events on your calendars. We also receive your email address, to know which account you connected. We use the permission for two things only:
We keep no copy of your calendar. Bookings live in your Google Calendar and in the client's order on interiordesignclub.com.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We process this data to run the consultations you offer through Interior Design Club, under the agreement between you and us. We keep it for as long as your calendar stays connected.
Disconnecting your calendar in the app deletes your stored credentials and availability. To withdraw the permission at Google as well, remove Interior Design Club under Third-party apps & services in your Google account. Consultations already in your calendar stay there until you delete them.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop processing it, at hello@interiordesignclub.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If this policy changes, we will tell connected designers by email before the change applies.
