These terms apply to designers who connect a calendar to the Interior Design Club booking app. By connecting your calendar, you agree to them. Clients who book a consultation are covered by the terms of the interiordesignclub.com shop, not by these.
The app lets clients book consultations with you from interiordesignclub.com. It reads when you are busy in your Google Calendar, offers clients the free slots within the hours you set, and adds each booking to your calendar with a Google Meet link. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.
Your calendar stays yours. You can disconnect it at any time, and we never change events we did not create.
Google Calendar and Google Meet are Google's services, under Google's own terms. We do not control them and are not responsible if they are unavailable, change, or handle your data in a way we did not ask for.
Clients book and pay through the interiordesignclub.com shop. The app only places the booking in your calendar. Payment, cancellations and refunds follow the agreement between you and Interior Design Club for consultations.
We provide the app as it is. It may be interrupted or change, and we may pause it for maintenance. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or free of errors.
We are not liable for missed consultations, lost bookings, lost data, or any indirect loss, except where the law does not allow us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales.
You can stop using the app at any time by disconnecting your calendar. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. In both cases your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
We may update these terms. We will tell connected designers by email before a change applies, and using the app after that date means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Questions go to hello@interiordesignclub.com.
